For instance with the objective to improve the market position or profitability of the client. Other examples are projects (programmes) required to streamline the organisation, processes and IT after an acquisition, divestment or outsourcing decision.

BTPerform aims to add value especially during the translation from strategy to feasible initial planning. This includes the initiation and guidance of the required projects (programmes) based on a extensive international experience in different sectors of industry.
